Origin Blueprint provides professional course design and related digital services. The exact scope of work will be agreed upon in writing (e.g., proposal, invoice, or contract).

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are stated in euros (€) and are exclusive of VAT (if applicable).
  • Payment is due as specified in your invoice. Services may begin only after payment (or agreed deposit) has been received.
  • Late payments may delay delivery or result in suspension of services.

3. Delivery of Services

  • Delivery times are provided as an estimate and depend on timely provision of required materials (such as text, images, or other content) from the client.
  • Origin Blueprint is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late client input.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and content for your project.
  • You confirm that any content you provide (text, images, logos, etc.) does not infringe third-party rights.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are generally not available once work has begun.
  • If you wish to cancel before work has started, a cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative costs.
  • Any exceptions to refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All materials created by Origin Blueprint remain our property until full payment has been received.
  • After full payment, you receive the rights to use the final delivered product for its intended purpose.
  • We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential parts of completed projects in our portfolio.

7. Liability

  • Origin Blueprint is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as loss of revenue, reputation, or data).
  • Our liability is always limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be published on our website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

10. Payment Platforms

Payment platforms (such as SureCart, Stripe, WooCommerce or similar services) are fully managed by the Client and fall outside the scope of Origin Blueprint. Origin Blueprint is not responsible for configuration, verification, transactions or platform behavior. Any assistance may be quoted as a separate service.
