The Stoic Operating System
You have the skills.
You’ve lost the grip.
A 12-chapter course that installs Stoic philosophy as a working system — not wisdom to admire, but a framework to run. Built for professionals, creators, and coaches who operate at a high level and need to restore the internal clarity that used to make it worth it.
“The obstacle to action advances action. What stands in the way becomes the way.”
Marcus AureliusThe condition
Capable. Busy. Producing.
And internally drifting.
This is not about skill. You have enough of that. What’s slipping is the internal system that makes the work feel deliberate — the clarity that turns effort into something that actually means something.
Most professionals in this position consume more frameworks, more content, more productivity approaches. None of it holds under real pressure. Not because the ideas are wrong, but because they are not installed.
- Reactive when you need to be deliberate
- Decisions feel harder than they should
- The work is there — the grip on why you do it is slipping
- You’ve outperformed your internal structure
- You have consumed enough. You need a system.
You are not broken.
You are running without a system.
The Stoic Operating System does not teach you about Stoicism. It installs it — as a working framework for decision-making, resilience, and consistent action regardless of external conditions.
The system
12 chapters.
One operating system.
Each chapter is a standalone principle grounded in Epictetus, Marcus Aurelius, or Seneca — and each builds on the last. A student who completes chapter 2 leaves with something real. A student who completes all 12 leaves with a system.
01
The Grip
Name the condition precisely. Before any principle can be installed, the drift must be seen clearly.
The examined life
02
Control
Separate what is yours from what is not. The most fundamental Stoic distinction — and the most immediately useful.
Epictetus, Enchiridion
03
Perception
Retrain the first moment. The gap between event and response is where everything is decided.
Marcus Aurelius, Meditations
04
Identity
Separate who you are from what you produce. Character is not contingent on outcome.
Virtue as the only true good
05
Judgment
Build the decision-making faculty that functions under real conditions — not just calm ones.
Phronesis — practical wisdom
06
Resilience
Convert obstacles into material. Difficulty is not a detour — it is the path.
Amor fati
07
Consistency
Close the gap between the presented self and the operating self. Virtue practiced in private is the only real virtue.
Integrity of character
08
Time
Rebuild the relationship with time — from filling it to using it deliberately.
Seneca, On the Shortness of Life
09
Action Under Uncertainty
Act on what is yours. Release what is not. Move without requiring certainty of result.
Preferred indifferents
10
Relationships
Lead and connect without manipulation. Authentic connection is not a strategy — it is a Stoic obligation.
Marcus Aurelius, cosmopolitanism
11
Sustainable Output
Install the off-switch. Sustainable output is the discipline of operating within your actual capacity.
Temperance and the natural limit
12
The Operating System
Not new content. The practice of running everything that came before — daily, under real conditions.

and education
About Henri
Henri
Founder, Origin Blueprint
Chess teaches you something that most professional environments never do: that conditions will rarely be ideal, that pressure is constant, and that the only thing you control is the quality of your next decision. Thirty years of that training shaped how I think — before I had the language for it.
Stoicism gave me that language. It named what chess had already installed. Origin Blueprint is where those two things became one — a working system for professionals who are serious about operating at the level they are actually capable of.
This is not a course I built around a trend. It is the framework I ran on before I knew what to call it — and the one I use every day.
“My goal is that those who need it become who they are meant to be.”
Before you decide
Honest answers to the real questions.
No urgency tactics. No artificial scarcity. If this is for you, these answers will make that clear.
-
How long does this take?
Each chapter is designed to be worked through in one focused session — roughly 60 to 90 minutes. The full system is 12 chapters. Most people move through one per week alongside their normal work. The point is not speed — it is installation. You go at the pace that lets it actually stick.
-
Do I need to know anything about Stoicism?
Nothing. The course is built to install the system from the ground up. If you’ve read Marcus Aurelius, you’ll recognise the principles and see how they translate practically. If you haven’t, you’ll learn them through application — which is how the Stoics themselves intended them to be used.
-
Is this a philosophy course or a productivity course?
Neither. It is a framework course. The philosophy is Stoic. The application is professional. The result is an internal operating system — a set of principles that hold under pressure, not a habit tracker or a reading list.
-
Who is this actually for?
Experienced professionals, content creators, and coaches who are capable — visibly so — and who feel they’ve lost the internal clarity that used to make the work feel deliberate. If you are early in your career and looking for motivation, this is probably not the right fit yet.
-
What is your commitment to me — and mine to you?
The price reflects real value. If you go through the material and do the work, the system installs. That is the accountability I offer. In return, I ask that you engage with it seriously — not as a trial, but as a decision. This course does not come with a refund window. It comes with a standard.
